TERMS OF PURCHASE

Prices and Payment

All prices are for business operators and exclude Swedish VAT of 25%, which is added at checkout for customers in Sweden. Customers in the EU must enter a valid VAT number; if the VAT number is invalid, we will cancel your order or charge Swedish VAT afterwards. For customers in non-EU countries, they must provide a personal identification number or Norwegian organization number; the country’s customs will charge the country’s VAT and any customs fee.

Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) applies for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly indicate that you are canceling. The cooling-off period begins the day you received the item or a significant part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item or a special order – or an item that has been clearly personalized, the cooling-off period begins the day we provided information.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:

  • The service started during the cooling-off period with your consent.
  • The price depends on the financial market’s fluctuations, such as a share.
  • The item cannot be returned due to its nature.
  • The seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer software. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are required to keep the item in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it but may, of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost because you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Credit Card Payment

Payment is made only by credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. When registering card details, you are responsible for providing us with correct contact information, such as email address, name, and phone number. We do not store card numbers but do store such information about your card as needed to facilitate future purchases of our products. The money is transferred immediately from your card to our account.

Invoice Payment

When choosing invoice payment, you will be able to choose between Klarnas various payment methods; you can read more at: www.klarna.com

Deliveries

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If an item has a deviating delivery time, it is indicated for each item. Unclaimed Packages If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your items will remain at the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling fees, currently 150:-

Returns Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you should:

  • If it is an item: send or return it to us.
  • If it is a service: keep the material available for us if it does not inconvenience you.

Obligation to Refund

We must, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the message that you have withdrawn. You must pay the return costs when sending the item back. We always pay the return cost to send back so-called replacement items.
